Dr. Robert Bostic
Dr. Robert Bostic is a veteran educational leader, executive consultant, and former Texas public school superintendent with more than 34 years of experience in public education, leadership development, innovation, and organizational transformation. Throughout his career, Dr. Bostic has successfully led school districts, executive teams, and educational organizations through periods of growth, strategic planning, technology integration, bond development, operational improvement, and academic transformation. Most recently, he served as Superintendent of Stafford Municipal School District, where he helped lead the district's nationally recognized "STEM to Learn, STEM to Earn" initiative focused on preparing students for college, careers, and the future workforce.
As the founder and CEO of Schools One Stop Shop LLC, Dr. Bostic now provides executive educational consulting services to school districts, municipalities, private organizations, and leadership teams across Texas and beyond. His work includes superintendent searches, executive coaching, board governance training, STEM and innovation strategy, artificial intelligence integration, organizational assessments, operational planning, and leadership development.
Dr. Bostic is known for his relationship-driven leadership style, practical problem-solving approach, and commitment to helping organizations identify real-world solutions that improve outcomes for students, staff, and communities. His philosophy centers around collaboration, innovation, transparency, and the belief that every organization deserves customized support because "one size doesn't fit all."
In addition to his consulting work, Dr. Bostic is a speaker, podcast host, educational strategist, and advocate for future-ready learning environments that combine leadership, technology, and opportunity for all students. Ellen Bostic, M.Ed.
Chief Operating Officer
Ellen Bostic is a veteran educator, instructional leader, and the Chief Operating Officer of Schools One Stop Shop LLC. With a career spanning decades in public education, she has dedicated her professional life to helping young learners build strong foundations in reading, writing, and academic success.
Mrs. Bostic earned a Master of Education degree from the University of Central Oklahoma in Edmond, Oklahoma, and a Bachelor of Science degree from Langston University. Throughout her distinguished career, she served as a classroom teacher in kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and third grade, where she became known as a master teacher with a remarkable ability to help students of all abilities achieve success.
In addition to her classroom experience, Mrs. Bostic has served as an instructional specialist, mentor, and professional development presenter. She has worked alongside teachers and school leaders to improve instructional practices, strengthen literacy outcomes, and develop high-quality learning environments. Her expertise in elementary education has led to the creation and implementation of model classrooms in multiple school districts across Texas and Oklahoma, providing examples of excellence that have influenced educators and students alike.
As Chief Operating Officer of Schools One Stop Shop, Mrs. Bostic helps oversee the day-to-day operations of the company while ensuring that every client receives personalized service and support. She believes that successful schools are built on strong relationships, effective instruction, and a commitment to meeting the unique needs of every student and community.
Ellen and Dr. Robert Bostic are college sweethearts who have been married for more than three decades.
Together, they founded Schools One Stop Shop with the belief that one size does not fit all in education. Their shared passion for serving students, educators, school boards, and communities continues to guide the mission and values of the organization.
